An interview with Donna

1) What is your name?

My name is Donna. Pleased to meet you.


2) Do you know why you were named that?

I don’t know. I guess it was a name my mother liked.


3) Are you single or taken?

I'm single.


4) Have any abilities or powers?

I don't have super powers if that's what you mean, but if it counts to be a computer genius or amateur hoverboarder, then yes.


5) What's your eye color?

I have green eyes.


6) How about hair color?

My hair is blue.


7) Have any family members?

I have my parent, an uncle and two cousins... or to put it correctly, They are my adoptive family.
I can't really remember my real mother, she unfortunately died of a disease I was very young. It was hard in the beginning that I couldn't see my mom anymore, but then I am happy that Christa was there for me. I already knew Christa very well by that time, which was probably why my mom left me to her. That's pretty much the only thing I can remember from back then.
My mom… I mean, Christa told me many stories about my mom.
As the years passed, I forgot more and more about my mother... I can't remember how she looked like anymore.
I have no idea who my real dad is. I was told he disappeared four months before I was born. I sometimes thinks about what could have happened to him but I'll probably never finds out.


8) Oh? How about pets?

I had a pet once when I was a kid. His name was Rusty, he was my best friend at the time. But I think it was my fault he died.
You see, Rusty had a bad heart and when I was younger, I wanted so badly to make a robot, but it is much harder than what it seems. Most of the time I tested them, they went berserk and was all over the place. Rusty was sometimes in the room with me when I started them. He couldn't handle the pressure and sometimes he was so shocked when robots freaked out, that he had a cardiac arrest.
I was afraid that he was going to die, so I made a handheld defibrillator, so I was confident that I could revive him. But eventually he just could'nt take it anymore and past away.


9) That's cool, I guess. Now tell me something you don't like.

I really don't like Sewer Sharks. Those little beasts are so annoying. I didn't like them as a kid and I don't like them today.
...Well, there is also someone else... my old boss.
You see, I had this big dream to work at this starship workshop who only worked with the really big and expensive spaceships as one of their technician expert. They would only recruit those they considered to be the best, so I had to prove my worth first. I already had my education as a technician, so I just had to know everything about starships and how they works from the inside and out, so I thought this would be easy enough.
I started in this small workshop where there were three other staff members. I loved my work there, I really did, but my boss ... he had a bit of a short fuse and when he got angry, he got REALLY angry.
One of the other staff member was really clumsy, he sometimes accidently knock down boxes so that all the spare parts were all over the place. He put them back in the boxes he thought they belonged to and continued his work.
Sometimes I could see if it was the wrong part I got, so I was forced to go look for the part I needed. So because of that, my work took much longer than it should. Other times it was so similar that I couldn't tell the difference, so when I did check to see if worked, I sometimes came to do more damage to the starship. Lucky, that didn't happen that often. Most of the times, it just showed it had the same error as when it came in.
But, to make a long story short, my boss was furious with me when that happened. He yelled and screamed at me. When he couldn't stand it anymore, he fired me.
I was a little sad that I had lost my job since I really liked it, but at the same time, I'm glad I don't have to see that grumpy old robot every day.
It took quite some time, but fortunately I got my old job back as an technician.


10) Do you have any activities/hobbies that you like to do?

Hmm, where should I start.
I love to build and repair things. Everything from robots, spaceships, computers and security alarms to armor, weapons and equipment.
I've always loved a good race, especially hoverboard racing. I have also tried participating in a hoverbike race but hoverboard races are the best in my opinion.


11) Have you ever hurt anyone in anyway before?

I haven't hurt anyone physically, or at the least not anyone who hasn't deserved it. You know, like REALLY really deserved it. I have tried to participate in a battle arena once since I was very low on bolts, but they were only fighting robots. It wouldn't surprise me if I have hurt someone with something I have said, but who haven't done that.


12) Ever... killed anyone before?

Umm... no. How about we go to the next question.


13) What kind of animal are you?

I'm a lombax.


14) Name your worst habits?

Well, sometimes I can be too stubborn and doesn't even bother listening to the opinions of others. I sometimes tends to believe that I can do certain things myself. Asking others for help is something I'm not good at. I work with myself to be better but I occasionally drops in from time to time.


15) Do you look up to anyone at all?

I'm really looking up to Skid McMarx. He's amazing! You see, I've been a big fan of him since he started his career as a professional hoverboarder.


16) Gay, straight, or bisexual?

I'm Straight.


17) Do you go to school?

Not anymore. I did as a kid, when I lived on Rilgar.


18) Ever wanna marry and have kids one day?

Well, I've never really thought about it. It's a little hard to imagine myself as a mother, or a wife for that matter. I don't know how good I would be as a mom but I would of course try my best to be a great mom… if I ever became a one.
And about married… Well, if I find the right for me, then maybe it would happening.


19) Do you have fangirls/fanboys?

I don't know. I don't think so.


20) What are you most afraid of?

There are some things I'm afraid of. Some more than others, like being a parent. I think it's mostly because I really want to do my best and I'm afraid I can't do it good enough for the child. It's not like that I don't want children but I think I would panic a little from time to time.
I have to admit it, I'm not entirely comfortable with lightning either. They make me a little nervous.
I think my biggest fear would probably be if I got trapped somewhere. I can be pretty calm to begin with, but if I don't get out after some time has past, I'll become quite uncomfortable with the situation and starting to be desperate to get out.


21) What do you usually wear?

My blue and black shirt, gray pants, black leather gloves and metal boots and belt.

23) What class are you? (low class, middle class, high class)

I wouldn't say that I'm poor but I'm not rich either, so I would say that I'm in the middle class.
I sometimes can be a little lower on money because I tend to buy spare parts for either upgrade my equipment or for other projects I'm working on.
Parts aren't cheap you know, especially not when you want them in a very good quality like I do.


24) How many friends do you have?

I have friends here and there, especially here on Kerwan and Rilgar. Big Al has been a really good friend to me for some years now. In fact, I think I will say that he is one of my best friends. I can talk to him about pretty much everything, even our technical hobby. Everything from starships and robots, to the latest computers technology. We can have some very geeky conversations.
I have some good old friends from Rilgar that I see every now and then. One of them was my best friend from when I was a kid. He's name is Milo and I usually always give him a visit whenever I'm on Rilgar.
I also have some other friends like Ratchet and Clank who I see every now and then.


25) Favorite drink?

My favorite has to be the Y.E.T.I. Soda.


26) Are you interested in anyone~?

What? Are you trying to hint at something? No, I'm not interested in anyone.


27) Would you rather swim in a lake or the ocean?

Definitely the ocean, I've always really liked the ocean. When I want to go on a relaxing vacation, I always choose a location where I can go to the ocean.


28) What's your type?

Hmm, let me think for a moment.
I like a guy with a good sense humor. Someone who isn't afraid to speak his mind and that he is outgoing. Someone who respects me and likes me for who I am. And most importantly, he will just be himself around me. I would love if he would play video games with me but that's not a requirement.
I do really like smart guys. I'm not going to lie, I find it quite attractive. But just like with video games, it's not a requirement.


29) Camping or indoors?

I don't mind to camp, I love being outside… But I also like to be indoors with my tools.
